Driveway oil stain Removal Houston

Oil doesn’t sit on top of concrete. It sinks in.

How we remove oil stains!

How we do it

No bleach-and-pray. No turning your concrete into a moonscape. Just the actual method that works on petroleum stains.

1

We read the stain

Fresh drip or a years-old soak-in? Sealed concrete or bare? That tells us which degreaser and how long it needs to sit.

2

Degrease & dwell

We apply a commercial-grade degreaser and let it actually work down into the pores… not a 30-second rinse-off.

3

Hot water surface clean

A flat surface cleaner spreads even pressure across the slab and hot water lifts the broken-down oil out. No wand stripes.

4

Check & re-treat

Deep stains sometimes need a second pass. We don’t pack up until it’s gone or as close to gone as that concrete will give.

Why homeowners call us

Most “pressure washing” guys would wreck this driveway.

We won’t etch your concrete

Cheap jobs hit bare concrete with a turbo tip at full PSI and leave permanent swirl marks. We use surface cleaners built for slabs.

We actually use degreaser

Plenty of crews just hit it with water and call it done. Oil needs chemistry. We bring the right products for petroleum stains.

We’re a Houston local crew

We know Houston concrete, Houston heat, and how fast oil sets in it. You’re talking to the people who do the work.

Straight answers

The stuff people ask before they book.

Can old oil stains actually be removed?

Most of the time, yes. Even stains that have sat for years can come up with the right degreaser, enough dwell time, and hot water. The toughest ones are deep soaks into bare, never-sealed concrete… but even then we can usually get it to where it’s barely there or gone. We’ll tell you honestly what your slab will give before we start.

Will pressure washing damage my driveway?

Not the way we do it. Damage happens when someone blasts concrete with a narrow tip at full pressure and leaves wand marks and etching. We use a flat surface cleaner that spreads the pressure evenly, plus the correct degreaser, so the stain lifts and the concrete stays intact.

How much does oil stain removal cost in Houston?

It depends on how many stains there are, how deep they’ve set, and the size of your driveway. A single stain is usually an affordable add-on to a full driveway cleaning. Text or send us a photo and we’ll give you a straight number… no guessing games.

Do I need to seal my driveway afterward?

Not required, but it helps. Once the concrete is clean, a sealer fills the pores so the next oil drip sits on top instead of soaking in… which means the next cleanup is a wipe instead of a project. We can talk through whether it’s worth it for your driveway.

What areas around Houston do you serve?
